1. Nature of the Service

Critical Notice: OddsLab is strictly an informational and quantitative research terminal. OddsLab is NOT a sportsbook, gambling operator, or broker. We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets of any kind.

Welcome to OddsLab ("The Service", "we", "our"). By accessing or utilizing the OddsLab terminal, website, and related data services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or register for an account on OddsLab. You represent and warrant that your access to sports analytics information is in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable within your state, province, or country of residence.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All algorithmic models, Monte Carlo simulation code, proprietary devigging formulas, terminal interfaces, brand graphics, and compiled market datasets are the exclusive intellectual property of OddsLab Inc.

Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access analytics for personal or internal syndicate use. You may not scrape, redistribute, syndicate, reverse-engineer, or resell OddsLab's proprietary data feeds without express written consent.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscription tiers (Pro and Team) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

  • 7-Day Free Trial: New subscribers may test Pro features for 7 calendar days. If cancelled prior to trial expiration, no charge is processed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period with no partial refunds for elapsed time.
  • Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments applied to your invoice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Variance Notice

Sports Betting Involves Variance: Past performance of algorithmic models is not an infallible guarantee of future profitability. Sports analytics models calculate statistical probabilities, but short-term variance, player injuries, and unpredictable in-game events can affect individual wager outcomes.

The OddsLab platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall OddsLab Inc., its officers, employees, or data partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, or financial losses incurred from wagering or financial decisions made by users.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to attempt unauthorized penetration testing, reverse-engineering of private APIs, distribution of malware, or abusive automated request flooding against OddsLab endpoints. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and possible legal action.
